I left this blog sleeping for a while…well…a long while… but not it is time to open the eyes to a new year!  Yes, we have almost been open for a year now!

And I want to celebrate Sucre first birthday by sharing a very inspiring quote from a very inspiring woman, Coco Chanel:

“The most corageous act is still to think for yourself. Aloud”

I would like this to be the mission statement for the Sucre project, something that stands out for being different, individual, special..
